Programa Consolida't

Consolida't is a programme run by the UAB Research Park with support from the Department of Business and Labour, as well as the Ministry of Labour and Social Economy. The programme aims to help micro-enterprises and self-employed individuals consolidate, strengthen or reinvent their businesses.

The programme is tailored to each self-employed person's project, which is developed through a combination of business management advice from a personal advisor specialising in this area and specific training provided by professionals in the field. The aim is to complement the skills necessary for self-employment. 

During the initial individual meeting, the project is diagnosed, the itinerary is defined, the action plan is established and the training activities are defined. Subsequent working meetings monitor the action plan to identify any deviations and make the necessary corrections. The commercial, financial and organisational aspects of the project are also discussed.

Alongside the advisory process, training sessions with experts in the field are held to provide knowledge of business management and skills improvement, and to increase the efficiency of self-employed workers.

Networking among programme participants is encouraged to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experience through crowdsourcing in voluntary thinking sessions.
