A new edition of the Consolida't programme has been launched to support the growth of the autonomous sector and micro-enterprises
The UAB Research Park is launching a new edition of the Consolida’t programme. This initiative provides business management advice and training for micro-enterprises and self-employed individuals looking to consolidate, strengthen or reinvent their business.
The Consolida’t programme runs from March to November 2026, offering a comprehensive itinerary combining 80 hours of face-to-face training and 13 hours of personalised business advice, all at 100% subsidised cost. This mixed structure provides comprehensive support, with each participant’s project forming the basis of the process.
A distinguishing feature of Consolida’t is the assignment of a business management consultant to support each self-employed person in defining objectives, making strategic decisions, and implementing action plans. Meanwhile, training is provided by expert professionals in various key areas for developing and maintaining the competitiveness of self-employment.
The training programme covers essential topics such as the management of economic activity, legal and documentary matters, commercial management, customer service, budgeting, and financial management. It also covers transversal skills such as networking, communication, time management, and personal growth.
The programme strengthens participants' technical and strategic skills and encourages the creation of an active professional network. Notable benefits include generating networking processes, participating in crowdsourcing-based sessions to address specific problems, and defining action plans to achieve growth and consolidation objectives.
With this new edition of the Consolida’t programme, the UAB Research Park reaffirms its commitment to the economic development of the region and to strengthening the business community within the UAB ecosystem. The programme, supported by the Department of Business and Labour and the Ministry of Labour and Social Economy, offers practical tools and expert support to help businesses become more sustainable and competitive.
