The UAB Research Park is organising a conference for research personnel interested in exploring collaboration opportunities with innovative companies in the fields of health, biotechnology, and advanced technologies.
The session will feature presentations from Flomics, Nostrum Biodiscovery and Nano1Health, who will discuss their activities, technological challenges and potential collaboration opportunities with the research community. These companies work in areas such as the early detection of cancer and complex diseases using liquid biopsy and artificial intelligence (AI), as well as molecular design and modelling with AI algorithms and advanced genomic diagnostics applied to human, animal and environmental health.
After the presentations, there will be an opportunity to network, aimed at promoting the exchange of ideas, identifying shared interests, and facilitating potential collaborations. The day will also include bilateral meetings, during which specific opportunities for cooperation between the research teams and participating companies will be explored.
